To celebrate the centenary of the RAF they performed a fly past starting from Ipswich in Suffolk and finishing at Maidenhead in Berkshire. En route they took in Buckingham Palace and later Blackthorne’s head office before finishing in maidenhead Windsor. The fact of Blackthorne being between the runways at Heathrow may have had something to do with being included in the routing plans.
