The main simple conditions are (all licence conditions should be checked prior to use)
- Supply the data sheet to the export licensing office on first export only of a given product.
- Licence use reporting once per year.
It really is that simple. There are instances where you can also use an EU GEA 001 which still should be used as a preference so this is very good for the countries not covered.
