The UK government has issued a new OGEL called “Export of Dual-Use items to EU Member States”. This licence will only take effect in the event of a no-deal Brexit and start at 23:00 on 29th March. It covers exports of all dual use items in Annex 1 of the UK Strategic Export Control Lists to all EU Member States and the Channel Islands. This licence replaces the text that would normally be stated on dual use items destined for the EU. Only a few hundred have been issued so far so it seems not all traders are aware or quite confident of a deal. For 5 mins of your time its worth getting issued just in case.
