Blackthorne recently attended and showcased its export control compliance services at a Seminar held at DFIT in London. Numbers were unusually high, more than double from the same event 2 years previous. This is a good indication of two things, 1. More technology exports and 2. Exporters taking export controls more seriously. The export controls are there for one reason only – stop the bad guys getting stuff that can hurt us.
