Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) new Measures During Covid-19 Outbreak
The UK ECJU has issued some new measures for the current situation to assist exporters who are finding in difficult to comply with licence conditions. There are 2 main measures in place,
- Original End User, Consignee and stockist undertakings are not now required and digital signatures will be accepted including PDF versions.
- The response time for RFIs has been extended from 20 to 40 days.
